WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs, wallets, phone case etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you out.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. rocketlemons.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Threadloops will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

Why my products shipped separately?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won't fit in there.
Shipping prices are cumulative. When you're calculating shipping prices on your end, make sure to add up the different shipping prices for all of the products you're sending.
For example, you can order a t-shirt with a flat rate shipping price of $5.00. Each additional t-shirt adds $0.75 for shipping. If you add a tote to the order, then it will also cost simply an additional $0.75. However, if you choose another product, like a mug (that requires different packaging), then you'll have to add the full shipping price. In this case, it would be an additional $6.95.
If my customers chose the Expedited FedEx shipping rate in checkout, do you also ship that order faster?
Yes, we do! Expedited FedEx orders are automatically bumped to the front of our fulfillment queue to assure best possible fulfillment time.
FedEx also offers Basic shipping rates such as FedEx Ground (3-5 business days after fulfillment) and FedEx SmartPost (3-8 business days after fulfillment). Orders with these shipping rates will be fulfilled in standard time.
What happens if a package isn't delivered to my customer, but the tracking states that it did?
Threadloops will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it - Threadloops would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipients address.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at a recipient's address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."
If your customer is unable to locate the package you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
How do I report a problem with my order?
You can report problems with an order through your contact us menu button or threadloops.apparel@gmail.com. Be aware that Threadloops may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. You must inform us and write an email for further details and process.
