Shipping and Return
SHIPPING
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you out.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. rocketlemons.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Threadloops will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
Some products might be shipped separately
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won't fit in there.
Shipping prices are cumulative. When you're calculating shipping prices on your end, make sure to add up the different shipping prices for all of the products you're sending.
For example, you can order a t-shirt with a flat rate shipping price of $5.00. Each additional t-shirt adds $0.75 for shipping. If you add a tote to the order, then it will also cost simply an additional $0.75. However, if you choose another product, like a mug (that requires different packaging), then you'll have to add the full shipping price. In this case, it would be an additional $6.95.
If my customers chose the Expedited FedEx shipping rate in checkout, do you also ship that order faster?
Yes, we do! Expedited FedEx orders are automatically bumped to the front of our fulfillment queue to assure best possible fulfillment time.
FedEx also offers Basic shipping rates such as FedEx Ground (3-5 business days after fulfillment) and FedEx SmartPost (3-8 business days after fulfillment). Orders with these shipping rates will be fulfilled in standard time.
FedEx doesn't ship to PO Boxes.
RETURNS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default to the manufacturer facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notify us. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
REASONS FOR RETURNS
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If a return is approved, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
